Welcome to MarketMate AI. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

MarketMate AI is an AI-powered marketing tool designed for Ghana small businesses. These terms govern your use of the MarketMate AI platform, accessible at marketmateai.cc.

2. Services

MarketMate AI provides AI-powered marketing tools including:

• WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram message generation
• Ad copy creation and SMS marketing tools
• Customer tracking and relationship management
• Receipt and reminder generation
• Content calendar planning
• Business profile management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use MarketMate AI, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Starter (Free Trial): 30 total AI generations valid for 3 days from signup. Access to Message Generator, Customer Tracker, and History only.

Pro Plan — GHS 15/month: 200 AI generations per month with access to all 9 tools, unlimited business profiles, and full export capabilities.

• Payments processed securely via Paystack
• Accepted methods: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo, Visa, Mastercard
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at GHS 15
• Generation counts reset monthly on your billing anniversary

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Refund requests within 7 days of initial Pro subscription may be considered
• No refunds after 7 days of active Pro subscription use
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Technical issues preventing service use may qualify for account credit

6. Usage Limits

MarketMate AI enforces fair-use generation limits to maintain service quality:

• Starter: 30 total generations, 3-day trial period
• Pro: 200 generations per month, resets on billing date
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next month
• We reserve the right to adjust limits with 14 days notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MarketMate AI to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable Ghana or international laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for harassment or harmful purposes

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity
• Abuse the AI generation system
• Harass other users or our team

9. Limitation of Liability

MarketMate AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Business outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party platform changes (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
