3. How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored using JSONBin.io, a third-party JSON storage service. By using MarketMate AI, you acknowledge that your data is stored on JSONBin.io's servers.

- Data is accessible only through our secured API key
- We do not store data on local devices (we use sessionStorage in your browser, which clears when you close the tab)

- To process payments via Paystack
- To send service notifications (if enabled in your settings)
- To improve our AI models and service quality

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Anthropic Claude API — Powers our AI content generation. Content you submit may be processed by Anthropic.
- Paystack — Processes subscription payments. Subject to Paystack's privacy policy.
- JSONBin.io — Stores your account and usage data.
- Google Fonts — Loads Inter font. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
6. Cookies & Session Storage
MarketMate AI does not use cookies for tracking. We use sessionStorage in your browser to maintain your login session. This data is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.
No tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts are used on our platform.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data (available in your Settings page)
- Update your account information at any time
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Opt out of marketing communications in your notification settings
